Is any part of the Liftroller too heavy to handle?
No. The heaviest individual component weighs only 24kg, making it manageable for safe manual handling.
Can Liftroller be used in tight city centre construction sites?

Will Liftroller interfere with other site operations?

If you experience any issues or the equipment becomes damaged during operation such this it is unsafe to use, this should be reported and we will look to swap out the system / equipment with a replacement.

Installation

Do you offer an installation service?
Yes—we offer professional installation support if needed, though most clients find the system quick and easy to set up themselves.
Does the Liftroller need to be bolted to the floor or building?
No, Liftroller does not need to be bolted down. The system is designed to be stable and secure without fixings, making installation faster and reducing the risk of damaging finished surfaces or structural elements.
How long does it take to set up?
Just 5–10 minutes. It’s tool-free and modular, meaning you can get rolling in no time.
Is training required?
Basic familiarisation is all that’s needed. We’ll provide setup guidance, and the system is so intuitive most users are comfortable within minutes.
How do I maintain the Liftroller during use?
The wagons and stackers need to be charged efficiently on site to achieve maximum performance and life. A routine of daily pre use operational checks is recommended along with periodic cleaning and greasing. The Wall and Floor system should also be checked daily, rollers, wires and props should be check and adjusted periodically.
Can the Liftroller wall and floor be adjusted?
Yes, both the Liftroller Wall and Liftroller Floor are fully adjustable to suit different building layouts and floor heights. The Liftroller Wall can be tilted and locked at various angles to safely direct materials inward, while the Liftroller Floor can be extended or raised to match floor slab levels or scaffold platforms. This makes it easy to customise the setup for your specific site conditions.

Technical & Safety

How much weight can Liftroller hold?
• Liftroller Floor: Up to 1.5 tonnes
• Liftroller Wall: Up to 1.2 tonnes of materials
• E Wagon: Up to 1.2 tonnes of materials
• E Mover: Up to 1.2 tonnes of materials
Does the Liftroller require power?
Power is not required for the Liftroller Wall or floor, however it would be required to charge the E Wagon, E mover & stacker. Our HQ 4 Cladding Services also hires out Instagrid for cordless power charging on site, visit their website here for more information
Are there weather limitations for using Liftroller?
The Wagon and Stackers are splash proof and can be used in light rain for short movements, this equipment should not be left outside in wet weather conditions. The Wall and Floor systems can be used in all conditions but it will be necessary to take added precautions in wet or winding conditions.
Has Liftroller been tested and certified for safety?
Yes, All Liftroller products have been designed to operate and be operated within the stated design limits of the product. The equipment is all CE marked and will be sent to site with a pre dispatch inspection document showing all parts have been checked and are free from visible defects. Our lifting devices such as the stacker, e wagon & e mover will come with a certificate of thorough examination (LOLER)
